Kahur.ee is a collection of calculators, tools, a rhyme helper, quizzes, tests and a horoscope. The site is run by Kahur Media OÜ (Estonia).

All content is provided for information and entertainment only. It is not professional advice.

Calculator results are based on the figures you enter and on public rules. Official calculations can differ, for example your employer's payroll, the tax authority's calculation, a bank's offer or the terms of a contract.

We keep formulas and rates up to date, but rules change and we cannot guarantee that every calculation is correct in every situation. Check the final result with the relevant official source or a professional before you make a decision that affects your money, work, taxes or contracts.

Nothing here is financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or other professional advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or do anything. Exchange rates, market prices and risk indicators are informational, may be delayed, and past patterns do not predict the future.

The horoscope is entertainment and does not predict the future. Personality and other tests are self-reflection tools, not a diagnosis, a medical assessment or a psychologist's advice. We check kahur.ee's own questions, but mistakes are possible. Questions made by users are the responsibility of whoever made them.

Do not make decisions about your health, relationships, work or money based only on these results.

We use public data sources (for example electricity exchange prices, exchange rates, statistics and public holidays). Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we are not responsible for its accuracy. If a figure looks wrong, please tell us.

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it works without interruption or errors. We may change, add or remove content, calculators and these terms at any time.

You use the site and its results at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Kahur Media OÜ is not liable for direct or indirect loss (for example financial loss, lost income or a fine) arising from using or not using the content of the site.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your rights as a consumer.

The site may show advertising and links to other websites. Their owners are responsible for their content and actions. We do not treat advertising as a recommendation. For cookies and data, see the privacy policy.

If you create your own content on kahur.ee, such as questions, pictures or a game name, you are responsible for it. You must have the rights to the texts and pictures you use, and the content must not break the law or anyone else's rights.

We may remove content that is inappropriate or infringes someone's rights. If you see inappropriate content, tell us with the "Write to us" button.

If you send your content for publishing, the published copy becomes kahur.ee's. Others can make their own copy of it, and we may hide or remove the published copy. Your own version stays in your account.

When you host a game or give homework, you decide whose data is collected (players' names, answers and points). Kahur.ee keeps it on your behalf as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We use this data only for the game and the report, keep it for the time described in the privacy policy and delete it sooner if you ask. The data is not used for advertising or given to others, except our hosting provider, whose servers are in the European Union.

Use first names or agreed nicknames as player names, and do not put anyone's personal data in the questions. If a school needs a data processing agreement, write to us.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If a provision turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
