Make your own quiz and play it together

Write the questions yourself or let your AI write them. Friends, a class or colleagues answer on their phones, up to 50 players in one game.

Players need no account. You sign in to make and host your own quiz.

Three ways to make a quiz

Pick what suits you best. You can always change a finished quiz in the editor.

How a game works

  1. 1 Open the game on a big screenA TV, a projector or a laptop. The screen shows the game code and a QR code.
  2. 2 Players join on their phonesWith the link, the code or the QR code the game shows. No account needed.
  3. 3 You host, the game keeps the scoreA faster right answer gives more points. After each question you see how the answers split, and at the end there is a podium.

Can't be together? Give the quiz as homework: everyone answers through a link by the deadline and the results come to you.

Frequently asked questions

Do players need an account?

No. A player opens the link the host shares, scans the QR code or types the code at kahur.ee/play and writes a name. Whoever makes and hosts their own quiz signs in. A kahur.ee quiz can be hosted without an account too, but a game name and a report need you to be signed in.

How does an AI make a quiz?

You connect KahurQuiz to your AI once (Claude, ChatGPT) and say what the quiz should be about. The questions come straight to your account. With an AI that has no connector, copy the AI prompt from the editor and paste the answer back.

Can we play without a big screen?

Yes. Choose "I play along": then every player sees the question on their phone, you too. Or set the quiz as homework.

How KahurQuiz works

In KahurQuiz you make your own quiz and host a game that others play on their phones. Kahur.ee's own quizzes are here too.

A quiz result goes on the leaderboard under a nickname, and the IP address is not stored with it.
